This new venture also marks the introduction of a new LIVEfloorplan distribution format: interactive PDF documents. Potential buyers can now download a PDF document, which contains not only property photos and specifications, but also a fully interactive 3D floor plan. Users can pan, zoom and rotate the 3D floor plan to get a real sense of the layout and space without having to physically visit a property, an opportunity which has never been made available until the introduction of LIVEfloorplans. This is truly a milestone in the marketing of resale and preconstruction real estate.
